I’m Alister, a registered osteopath, experienced educator, and proud trans man with over 16 years in manual therapy. I’ve been the patient and the practitioner. I know the discomfort of feeling unseen in a clinic and the power of being treated with genuine respect. This course brings together clinical expertise and lived experience to offer practical, honest, and deeply human training that goes beyond theory.

As a proud trans man and healthcare professional, I’ve experienced both sides of the table. That’s why I’ve made it my mission to raise awareness in the medical and manual therapy communities about the real lives, challenges, needs, and rights of transgender people.
